How Do I Get Started?
You get started by providing us with documents that allow us to do a thorough review of your potential Lemon Law case. You simply call our toll-free number and we will provide a list of required documents that you can fax, or scan and e-mail. Or you can make an appointment and visit our office for a detailed case analysis. We are conveniently located in the heart of the valley and close to the 101 Freeway. We also offer free validated parking in our underground parking structure.
Once we have reviewed your documents, you will be contacted right away. We will let you know if we have accepted your lemon law case. At that point we will fax to you all the relevant and required documentation. Once your documents have been returned, we will start on your case right away by putting together a demand package to the auto manufacturer that produced your vehicle arguing for their legal duty to repurchase your vehicle from you at full price, pursuant to our California lemon law.
Once we have reached a proper settlement with the auto manufacturer, we will contact you with specific instructions on turning in your vehicle at your local dealership. In most cases we even accompany you during the turnover of the vehicle.
No up front fees- We believe that everyone deserves the right to adequate representation and compensation. That is why AAA-LAW is proud to accept all Lemon Law cases on a “no up front-fee” or “contingency fee” basis. This means you will not need to pay us anything to start your case. In fact no money is paid by you throughout the course of your lemon law case. We cover all costs and fees necessary to proceed with the case. If you do not win your case, you owe us nothing.
